摘要
该设计利用CMOS图像传感器的可编程特性,设计了以16位飞思卡尔单片机MC9S12XS128为主控芯片的数字图像采集与处理系统。由摄像头OV7670采集图像;FIFO帧存储器AL422B进行数据缓存,解决了单片机与OV7670之间速率的不同步问题;最后进行了硬件和软件设计,成功实现了摄像和拍照两个功能,并由3.5寸TFT液晶实时显示拍到的图像。该系统结构简单,通用性强,可方便地移植到各种类型的处理器,在本系统设计的基础上,配合适当的应用程序,可以广泛应用于摄像、监控、安防、识别等各个领域。
A digital image acquisition and processing system with 16 bit Freescale MCU MC9S12 XS128 as its main controlchip was designed by means of the programmable characteristic of CMOS image sensor. In the system,image collection is re-alized by camera OV7670,and the data buffer memory is achieved by FIFO frame memory AL422 B to solve the problem of thespeed desynchrony of MCU and OV7670. The two functions of camera shooting and picture taking were implemented successful-ly after hardware and software design. The obtained video and pictures are displayed on 3.5 inch TFT LCD in real time. The sys-tem structure is simple,and its universality is strong. The obtained video and pictures can expediently be transplanted to varioustype of processors. With some suitable application programs,the system can be applied to camera shooting,monitoring,securityand protection,identification,etc.
