艾灸肾俞穴对肾虚大鼠海马DG区组织形态及细胞超微结构的影响

Effects of moxibustion at aqcupoints Shenshu (BL23) on tissue morphology and cell ultra-structure in hippocampal dentate gyrus of kidney deficiency rats

摘要 目的:探讨艾灸肾俞穴对肾虚大鼠海马齿状回区组织形态及细胞超微结构的影响。方法将16只月龄10个月、连续配种6个月、经鉴定生殖功能下降的远交群大鼠随机分为模型组和研究组,8只月龄2个月的大鼠作为对照组。研究组给予艾灸肾俞穴治疗,模型组和对照组不予治疗。30 d后处死取材,光镜下观察海马齿状回区组织形态变化,透射电镜下观察大鼠海马齿状回区细胞超微结构变化。结果对照组大鼠海马齿状回区组织形态及细胞超微结构基本正常,模型组大鼠海马齿状回区存在组织形态及细胞超微结构病变,研究组大鼠海马齿状回区组织形态及细胞超微结构病变明显减轻。结论长期房室不节可引起大鼠海马齿状回区组织形态及细胞超微结构病变,艾灸肾俞穴有改善肾虚大鼠海马齿状回区组织形态及细胞超微结构病理改变的作用。 Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion at acupoints Shenshu (BL23) on tissue mor‐phology and cell ultra‐structure in hippocampal dentate gyrus of sexual intemperance rats .Methods SD rats with the low reproductive capacity caused by long‐term mating for 6 months were randomly divided in‐to the kidney deficiency model group and moxibustion group .SD rats aged 2 months were the normal con‐trol group .Moxibustion group was treated by moxibustion at acupoints Shenshu (BL23) .The rats were sacrificed 2 weeks later .After the treatment of 30 days ,tissue morphology and cell ultra‐structure of hipp‐ocampal dentate gyrus was observed under light microscope and transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) . Results Compared with the model group ,tissue morphology and cell ultra‐structure of hippocampal den‐tate gyrus in moxibustion group was effectively improved .Conclusion Long‐term sexual intemperance could cause pathological changes of tissue morphology and cell ultra‐structure of hippocampal dentate gyrus of rats ,moxibustion at acupoints Shenshu could significantly alleviate tissue morphology and the cell ultra‐structure lesions of hippocampal dentate gyrus .
