摘要
目的:了解精神科开放病区新上岗护士的培训及管理效果。方法对精神科开放病区35名新上岗护士的培训及管理现状进行回顾性分析。结果新上岗护士培训后,各项护理满意度显著提高,护理投诉率显著下降;护理考试考核成绩优秀率较培训前显著提高(P<0.01),不合格率较培训前明显下降。结论对新上岗护士进行岗位培训及管理,能显著提高其综合素质和业务能力,迅速实现角色转变。
Objective To survey the training and managing results of new nurses in open psychiatric ward . Methods Training and managing current situation were retrospectively analyzed among 35 new nurses in open psychiatric ward .Results After training their satisfactions of all nursing heightened significantly and compliant rate lowered ;excellent rate of nursing examine heightened significantly compared with pre‐training (P〈0 .01) and unqualified rate lowered .Con‐clusion Post training and management of new nurses could increase their comprehensive qualities and pro‐fessional proficiency notably and promote role change quickly .
