综合护理干预对住院司法精神病被鉴定人焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxious-depressive emotions of hospitalized clients undergoing judicial psychiatric expertise

目的：探讨综合护理干预对住院司法精神病被鉴定人焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将64例住院司法精神病被鉴定人随机分为两组，均予以常规隔离护理干预，干预组在此基础上予以有针对性的综合护理干预，观察4周。采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评定焦虑抑郁情绪状况。结果干预各时点干预组各量表评分较治疗前呈持续性下降（P＜0．01），对照组无明显变化（ P＞0．05）；干预4周末干预组焦虑抑郁情绪改善总有效率为93．75％，对照组焦虑抑郁情绪均无明显改善。结论综合护理干预可显著改善住院司法精神病被鉴定人的焦虑、抑郁情绪，有利于对被鉴定人的病情观察与判断。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention （CNI） on anxious‐depressive emotions of hospitalized client undergoing judicial psychiatric expertise （JPE） .Methods Sixty‐four hospitalized patients undergoing JPE were randomly assigned to two groups ,both groups received routine isolation nursing ,and on this basis to research group purposeful CNI were given for 4 weeks .Anx‐iety and depression were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） .Results After intervention each scale score lowered continuously in research group （P〈0 .01） and had no notable changes in control group （P〉0 .05）;the total effective rate of improving anxious and depressive emotions was 93 .7% in research group ,either anxious or depressive emotions had no nota‐ble changes in control group .Conclusion CNI could notably improve anxious‐depressive emotions of hos‐pitalized client undergoing JPE and is beneficial to the observation and judgment of patient＇s condition .
