家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响

Influence of family nursing intervention on schizophrenics ’ drug compliance

目的：探讨家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法将出院的150例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组，均予以常规精神卫生指导及社区服务，干预组在此基础上接受家庭护理干预，随访12个月。比较两组患者的服药依从性。结果随访12个月干预组服药依从性显著高于对照组（χ2＝15．17，P＜0．01），复发率显著低于对照组（χ2＝4．51，P＜0．05）。结论家庭护理干预能显著提高患者服药依从性，降低复发率。

Objective To explore the influence of family nursing intervention on schizophrenics’ drug compliance .Methods A total of 150 discharged convales‐cence schizophrenics were randomly assigned to intervention and control group both receiving routine men‐tal health instruction and community service ,on this basis to intervention group family nursing interven‐tions were given ,and they were followed up for 12 months .Group drug compliances were compared .Re‐sults Drug compliance was significantly higher （χ2 =15 .17 ,P〈0 .01） and relapse rate lower （χ2 =4 .51 , P〈0 .05） in 12 month follow‐up in intervention than control group .Conclusion Family nursing interven‐tion can improve patients’ drug compliance and low er relapse .
