非计划再次手术是监测医疗质量与安全的有效指标,也是体现医院医疗管理水平的重要指标。通过根本原因分析法(RCA)回溯性分析国内某大型三甲医院2012—2013年上半年非计划再次手术的原因,为医疗质量控制与改进、降低非计划再手术发生率提供依据。

Unplanned reoperation is both the effective index to supervise medical quality and safety,and the important criteria show ing managerial level of medical treatment in a hospital. The authors make the retrospective analysis on the cases for the unplanned reoperation in the first half year of 2012-2013 in a large-scale hospital of three As,w hich acts as the bases to control and improve medical quality and reduce the occurrence of the unplanned reoperation.
