To make the retrospective study of clinical data for the 55 cases of unplanned reoperations is to summarize the experience and lessons for it and study the countermeasures so as to ensure medical quality and safety. The paper focuses on intensifying conventions of diagnosis and treatment,doing a good job in preoperative evaluation,implementing strictly hierarchical operation management,strengthening the training of ＂three basics and three strictnesses＂,improving the rate of rapid pathological diagnosis,practicing informationized supervision and management,establishing the management system of unplanned reoperation and other comprehensive measures in order to reduce the occurrence of the rate of the unplanned reoperation in hospitals.
