摘要
追踪检查法是近年来医院评审中出现的一种"以患者为中心"的评价方法,在我国新一轮医院评审评价被充分应用,其不仅保证了医院评价的客观、公平和公正,也促进了医疗质量的持续改进。笔者通过探讨追踪检查法在医院门诊流程再造效果分析的应用,浅析其在医院质量持续改进过程中的作用。
Recently tracer methodology has been a kind of"patient-oriented"evaluation method in hospital audit.In China a new round of audit and evaluation in hospitals have been extensively applied,w hich ensures not only the objectivity,fairness and impartiality but also the continuous improvement. The authors discuss the roles of tracer methodology for the continuous improvement in quality by analyzing the rebuilt effects of tracer methodology in hospital outpatient process.
