摘要 为了提高产品的全三维数字化设计与制造的效率和质量,对全三维模型表达产品信息的方式进行研究.提出基于模型定义技术的三维标注方法,建立三维标注特征库和三维精度特征符号库,用计算机容易访问的BNF(backus-naur form)范式进行三维标注,通过齐次坐标转换实现三维标注与3D零件模型的同步随动,基于Pro/E平台,实现3D模型产品设计信息的三维标注. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of full-3Ddigital design and manufacturing of the products,the manner of representing product informations with full-three-dimensional models was investigated.A three-dimensional annotation method was presented on the basis of model definition technique.The feature library of three-dimensional annotation and the library of characteristic symbols of three-dimensional accuracy were built.The pattern form of BNF(backus-naur form)which can readily be accessed on a computer was used to achieve 3Dannotation.The synchronous follow-up of 3Dannotation with 3D part model was accomplished by using homogeneous coordinate transformation.Based on the platform of Pro/E,3Dannotation was successfully used to express the design information of the 3D model product.
