摘要
[目的]了解护理本科生专业承诺现状及影响因素,探讨稳定学生职业思想、提高教学质量及形成积极职业态度的方法。[方法]采用大学生专业承诺调查量表对555名护理本科生进行调查。[结果]护理本科生专业承诺总分值为93.21分±12.61分,均分为3.45分±0.46分,不同年级、学习态度、学习成绩的学生专业承诺得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]护理本科生专业承诺总体呈中等水平,不同年级、学习态度、学习成绩学生专业承诺得分存在差异,应根据不同影响因素、不同维度进行有效干预。
Objective：To understand the status quo and influening factors of professional commitment in nursing undergraduates,and probe into the methods of stabilizing students’career thinking,improving the teaching quality and forming a positive professional attitude.Methods：A total of 555 nursing undergraduates were inves-tigated by using college students professional commitment questionnaire.Results：The total score of nursing un-dergraduates’professional commitment was 93.21＆#177;12.61.There were statistically significant difference in pro-fessional commitment score among students with different grades,learning attitudes and learning achievement （P ＆lt; 0.05 ）.Conclusion：The level of nursing undergraduates ’professional commitment was moderate.The students professional commitment score was different among students with different grades,learning attitudes and learning achievement were different,and should be intervened effectively based on different factors and di-mensions.
