On Cultivation Quality of Higher Vocational College Students

高职学生培养质量关乎对高等职业教育成果的评价,应放置在一个特定的背景下加以观察,否则是有失公允的。考虑到高职学生和高职院校的现实状况,应当说高职院校的学生培养工作取得了不俗的成绩,但培养质量与社会需求仍存在一定差距,这一状况是多方因素综合作用的结果。尽管高职院校越来越重视内涵质量建设,但制约高职学生培养质量的因素仍然存在。因此,有必要适当整合高职教学资源,加大财政支持和政策扶持力度,深化校企合作,同时加强学生管理,坚持人才培养的标准。

Cultivation quality of higher vocational college students, which is closely related to the assessment of the achievement of higher vocational education, should be observed under specifi c background. Although there have been considerable achievements in the cultivation of higher vocational college students, gap still exists between cultivation quality and society needs, which lies in many complicated factors. To solve the factors that infl uence the cultivation quality, higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the connotation quality construction, which are as follows： higher vocational education resources should be integrated; more fi nancial and policy support should be provided; school-enterprise corporation should be deepened; students＇ management should be strengthened and fi nally we should adhere to talent cultivation standard.
