高校档案管理中信息资源共享模式的构建

Construction of the Information Sharing Model in College Archive Management

现阶段,随着信息技术的不断发展和学生管理要求的不断提高,高校档案管理的模式和方法都已经不能满足时代的需要。长期以来,国内各大高校的学生信息档案管理工作都显现出重视程度不高、管理模式落后的缺陷,包括信息化实现程度不高、信息收取更新速度滞后等问题。从社会科学技术发展的趋势来看,实现高校学生档案管理的信息资源共享是实现有效管理的必要途径。

Currently, with the development of information technology and the higher demands of the student management, models and methods of archives management in colleges and universities have been insuffi cient to meet the demands of the new age. For a long time, many problem exist in college student information records management, such as insuffi cient attention, defi ciencies in management model which include low performance of informationization and slow information updating. As social development trends of science and technology, information resources sharing of college students ＇ archive management is a necessary method to achieve effective management.
