中西医结合治疗上呼吸道感染引发小儿急性外耳道炎的临床研究

Clinical study on pediatric acute otitis externa caused by upper respiratory tract infection treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗上呼吸道感染引发小儿急性外耳道炎的临床疗效。方法将60例上呼吸道感染引发的小儿急性外耳道炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组患儿口服阿洛西林进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合凉膈散加减治疗,治疗1周后评定2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组退热率为86.7%,对照组为53.3%,2组退热率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组显效11例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗上呼吸道感染引发小儿急性外耳道炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating acute otitis externa caused by upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 60 cases of pediatric acute otitis externa caused by upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divide into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group were orally taken azlocillin therapy, the treatment group was additionally given Liangge San. After 1 week of treatment, clinical effects between the 2 groups were compared. Results the pyretolysis rate was 86.7% in the treatment group, 53.3% in control group, 2 groups of antipyretic rate through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, 18 cases were re- markably effective, I0 cases effective ; 2 cases invalid, with the total efficiency of 93.3% ; in the control group, 11 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases effective, 7 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 76.7%. The total ef- fective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children with acute otitis externa caused by upper respiratory tract in- fection can be treated with the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine effectively, worthy of clinical ap- plication.
