清金化痰汤加减治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎80例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 80 cases of pediatric pneumonia of phlegm heat closed in the lung syndrome treated with Qingjin Huatan Tang

目的观察清金化痰汤加减治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽(痰热闭肺证)的临床疗效。方法将160例肺炎喘嗽(痰热闭肺证)患儿随机分为2组,各80例。对照组予头孢替安联合氨溴索静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用清金化痰汤加减口服,连续治疗5 d后比较2组患儿症状改善程度及临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组在症状改善方面明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤加减在减轻痰热闭肺型肺炎咳嗽症状、缩短咳嗽时间、促进痰液排出方面有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingjin Huatan Tang in treating infantile pneumonia with pant cough and phlegm heat obstructing the lung syndrome. Methods 160 cases of pneumonia cough of phlegm heat syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of cefotiam and ambroxol, the treatment group was additionally treated with Qingjin Huatan Tang. After 5 days treatment, the symptom improvement and clinical efficacy were compared. Re- suits The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The symptoms in the treatment group improved signifi- cantly better than that in the control group, the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Qingjin Huatan Tang has good effect in reducing pneumonia cough symptoms of phlegm heat closed in the lung syndrome, shorten the coughing time, promote sputum discharge.
