蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗手足口病患儿76例临床观察

Clinical observation of 76 cases children with hand-foot-mouth disease treated with Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid

目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗对手足口病(HFMD)患儿临床症状及治疗效果的影响。方法选择我院2012年8月至2014年3月收治的148例HFMD患儿为研究对象,采用数字表法分为对照组72例和治疗组76例,对照组予以利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用蒲地蓝消炎口服液,治疗7 d后比较2组患儿临床症状改善情况、血清炎症因子变化、治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组患儿体温恢复、皮疹、咽痛、口腔溃疡等临床症状消退时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前各血清炎症因子水平比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组白细胞介素(IL)-6显著降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清IL-17、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6等炎症因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.42%,对照组为80.56%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗HFMD患儿,可显著缩短患儿临床症状消退时间,降低炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid in treating hand-foot- mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods 148 cases of children with HFMD in our hospital from 2012 August to 2014 March were randomly divided into control group （72 cases） and treatment group（76 cases）. The control group was given ribavirin antiviral therapy, the treatment group was additionally given Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid. 7 days after, the clinical symptoms, serum inflammatory cytokines, therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were com- pared between the 2 groups. Results The disappearing time of clinical symptom such as temperature recovery, rash, sore throat, mouth ulcers in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈 O. 05 ）. Comparison of the serum level of inflammatory factors showed no statistical significance between the 2 groups before treatment （P〉0.05） ; after treatment, IL-6 in the control group was decreased significantly （P〈0. 05 ） ; inflammatory factor levels of serum IL-17, IL-10, TNF-alpha, IL-6 in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ）. The total effective rate was 93.42% in the treat- ment group, 80.56% in the control group, the total effective rate were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid in treatment of children HFMD can significant- ly shorten the regression time of clinical symptoms, reduce inflammation, improve the treatment effect.
