利巴韦林联合肠炎宁糖浆治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎临床研究

Clinical study of Ribavirin combined with Changyanning Tangjiang for the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis

目的探讨利巴韦林联合肠炎宁糖浆治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年6月至2013年6月收治的64例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组32例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用利巴韦林治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合肠炎宁糖浆治疗。治疗5 d后观察2组患儿的临床疗效和安全性、临床症状消失和改善时间、轮状病毒转阴时间。结果治疗组痊愈15例,有效16例,无效1例,总有效率为96.88%;对照组痊愈9例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率为68.75%。2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿腹痛、腹泻、恶心呕吐及体温恢复时间短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿72 h轮状病毒转阴率为71.88%(23/32),明显高于对照组的46.88%(15/32),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。且2组患儿在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论利巴韦林联合肠炎宁糖浆治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ribavirin combined with Changyanning Tangjiang in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 64 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from 2011 June to 2013 June were randomly divided into 2 groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment and Ribavirin, the treatment group was additionally treated with Changyanning Tangjiang. After 5 days treatment, the 2 groups were observed for the efficacy and safety, clinical symptom and its improvement time, rotavirus positive time. Results In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 16 cases effec- tive, 1 case invalid, the total effective rate was 96.88% ; in the control group, 9 cases were cured, 13 cases effec- tive, 10 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 68.75%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting and the temperature recovery time was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）. In the treatment group, 72 hours rotavirus negative rate was 71.88% （23/32）, significantly higher than 46.88% （15/32） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. And the 2 groups during treatment appeared no adverse reaction. Conclusion Combined Ribavirin and Changyanning Tangjiang can treat infantile rotavirus en- teritis with significant effect, high safety, worthy of clinical application.
