摘要
40CrNiMo钢渗氮的表面硬度常常要求达到600HV以上,需要在较低的温度下进行,耗时费电,以此来保证所要求的表面硬度,这是一个普遍存在的问题。作者在多年的生产实践中,针对这一共性问题,较为系统地考察了在常规渗氮温度下(520℃),采用稀土渗氮工艺对40CrNiMo钢进行渗氮,提高渗氮表层硬度,寻求40CrNiMo钢的渗氮新工艺。
Nitriding surface hardness of 40CrNiMo steel is often required to achieve more than 600HV.It is a common problem that nitriding is wanted to treat at low temperature,time-consuming and much electricity to ensure the required surface hardness.The author has been systematically investigated the conventional nitriding temperature aiming at the common problem for many years in production practice.The performance of nitriding surface hardness of 40CrNiMo steel can be improved by rare-earth nitriding process.We seek the new nitriding technology of 40CrNiMo steel.
