摘要
介绍了立轴的预备热处理工艺在热处理变形控制上的运用。通过选用保证淬透性的20Cr Mn Ti H钢作为实验材料,并将预备热处理工艺由普通正火调整为等温退火后,不仅变形可以有效得到控制,而且组织较好。
The use of pre-heat treatment process on controling heat treatment deformation of vertical shaft was introduced.By choosing 20 Cr Mn Ti H as experimental material which can ensure hardenability,the pre-heat treatment process was changed from ordinary normalizing to the isothermal annealing,which not only deformation can be effectively controlled,and better structure.
