摘要
针对模具中经常用到的各类垫块,在使用中存在开裂、凹陷、使用寿命短等缺陷,优选60Si2Mn弹簧钢作为垫块材料。通过对锻造、球化退火、热处理等工艺的深入研究,新的模具垫块解决了这些缺陷,深受用户的欢迎和好评。
According to the problems of crack,dimple and short life existing in application for various cushion block often used in mould,60Si2 Mn spring steel is selected optimally as the material of cushion block and further research on its forging,spheroidizing and heat treatment process has been made.The new cushion block has not these defacts and is welcomed and prised by the user.
