热处理炉炉膛温度与工件温度的对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Temperature Between Hearth and Work Pieces for Heat Treatment Furnace

对于周期式热处理炉,炉膛内温度与工件实际温度可能存在一定的差异。为研究炉膛内温度与工件实际温度的差异,以及炉温整体的均匀性,进行了对比试验及研究。经过试验及分析,发现热处理炉满足炉温均匀性的要求,工件的恒温温度和恒温时间可达到工艺要求,但工件温度滞后于炉膛温度。

For the periodic heat treatment furnace,there may be some differences between the temperature of hearth and practice temperature of work pieces.In order to study the specific differences and the integral uniformity of furnace temperature,we carry out the comparative trial and research.Through the trial and analysis,we found that this furnace can meet the requirement of temperature uniformity.The holding time and holding temperature of the work pieces can achieve the requirements of process,but the temperature of work pieces lags behind the temperature of hearth.
