孤岛工作面集中应力治理的实践和探索

Exploration and practice of the stress concentration governance in the isolated island working face

通过对孤岛工作面多条巷道交岔点及架棚巷道支护工艺的分析研究,吸取其它集中应力治理的经验,结合现场实际,提出多条巷道交岔点施工方案、优化U型钢支护参数、工字钢连锁加固、煤体卸压等施工技术,为相似条件下孤岛工作面集中应力治理提供了技术参考。

Based on the analysis of the shed roadway supporting technology in intersection of multiple roadways of isolated working face, draw the other stress management experience, combined with the actual scene, proposed the multiple roadways crossing construction scheme, optimized the U type steel support parameters, I-beam chain reinforcement, and coal unloading etc construction technology, provide technical support for similar isolated working face under the condition of concentrated stress management.
