摘要
对EBZ-135掘进机行星减速器进行了体积优化。通过减速器体积的函数,找出相关约束条件,利用MATLAB进行了优化计算。结果表明,优化后第一级内齿厚度减少了14.5%,第一级齿轮模数减少了43.6%,齿轮体积减小了大约22.3%,优化效果良好。另外,利用MATLAB进行优化设计,大大提高了优化效率,减少了技术人员的工作量。
Making the volume optimization of the EBZ-135 roadheader planetary reducer. Through the function of reducer volume, to find the relevant constraint conditions, were optimized and calculated using MATLAB. The results show that, after optimization the first inner tooth thickness is reduced by 14.5%, the first gear modulus decreased 43.6%, gear volume decreased about 22.3%, the optimization effect is good. In addition, the optimized design using MATLAB, greatly improved the optimization efficiency, and reduced the workload.
