摘要 在综采设备的选型配套中,若仅依据平面布置的情况确定采煤机和刮板运输机的铲间距尺寸,容易导致薄煤层工作面在斜切进刀、过底板褶曲段和机头等特殊的情况下,出现两机干涉或者底量不足的情况。该文分析探讨井下复杂条件下的铲间距和卧底量,合理地指出铲间距和卧底量,不仅可有效保证两机间的互不干涉,还可有效提高装煤的工作效率。 In the selection and matching of fully mechanized mining equipment, if determine the shovel pitch size of shearer and scraper conveyor only by the plane layout of the situation, which is easy to cause the thin coal seam face in oblique feed, floor fold section and the head and other special circumstances, well emerge two machine interference or bottom quantity shortage situation. This paper analyzed and discussed on the shovel spacing and undercover quantity underground complex conditions, and pointed out reasonably shovel spacing and bottom quantity, which not only can effectively ensure the complementarity between the two machines interference, but also can effectively improve the work efficiency of coal.
