摘要
在通常情况下,下运胶带运输机运送原煤时,允许倾角为12°,过大时原煤会发生下滑现象。运河煤矿针对下运胶带运输机在生产中可能出现的情况,在设备入井前、井下安装期间、运行初期等阶段,有针对性地对胶带运输机的部分附属设施进行了改造,以实现设备安全运行,满足生产需要。
Under normal circumstances, the allowing angle of the downward transportation belt conveyor is 12 degree, coal will slide when the angle is excessive. Aimed at the possible situation of downward belt conveyor in production, before the equipment entering the mine, underground installation, during the operation early stage, took some renovation for the subsidiary facilities of belt conveyor, in order to achieve the safe operation of equipment, and to meet the need of production.
