随着奶牛业和乳品业的迅速发展，牛奶体细胞数在牛奶生产中的重要作用越来越得到人们的重视。本文综述了影响牛奶体细胞数的因素、对乳及乳制品品质的影响及其改善体细胞的具体管控措施。

With the development of dairy industry, the important role of milk somatic cell count in milk production gets more and more people~ attention. The origin and damage of somatic cell count in milk were generalized in this paper and synthetical technology measures of producing low somatic cell and high quality milk were summarized. At last, the application effect was also in- troduced.
