摘要 过年,对每一个中国人来说都是重要的词汇。办年货、贴春联、吃年夜饭,一个都不能少。特别是这年夜饭,更是每个中国人关于过年最美好的期待。这些菜肴,曾经有着固定的名目,在许多辈人的记忆中相传。如今,新时代赋予年夜饭新的内涵,吃顿好饭来辞旧迎新已不是最重要的部分。它早已超越了一顿饭的价值,为的是成就故乡的味道与那全家围坐的团圆喧闹。 Celebrating the Spring Festival's is an important event for all Chinese people.Doing Spring Festival's shopping,and pasting up Spring Festival couplets and such like all are indispensable for celebrating the Spring Festival.The Spring Festival's Eve family dinner especially is the most anticipated event for all Chinese people to celebrate the Spring Festival.Having a good dinner to bid farewell to the old and usher in the new is the most important part in the celebration.It goes far beyond the value of a dinner.All those who have celebrated the Spring Festival in the rural areas of Jiaodong will never forget the two large black shiny iron pots on the two ancient kitchen sinks.Each rural household in Jiaodong has its own independent courtyard.Entering the principal room of the house,one can see two big kitchen tubs on the left and right sides of the room.The pots on the tubs are made of iron while the tubs are constructed of concrete.To enter both the guestroom and bedroom,you must pass by the tubs.The tubs are connected with the heated brick beds through the wall.When cooking with the iron pots,the brick beds will be heated.Before celebrating the Spring Festival,the two big pots always provide a good treat.The meals cooked with the big pots are more delicious than any food cooked with the modernized kitchen utensils.In Zibo,one should have patience to eat the Spring Festival's Eve family dinner,which will not end until midnight.Many families even stay up all night.The family members gather together to wait for the coming of the Spring Festival.So the local people eat their Spring Festival's Eve family dinner slowly.On the Spring Festival,a bowl of food,which has been cooked the day before,is placed on the sacrificial table.This bowl of food is called'over-year food,' meaning there is food left every year,which is enough for people to eat all year around.On the dining table for the Spring Festival's Eve family dinner in Jinan,various kinds of fried food,such as fried fish,fried lotus root,fried eggplant,and fried meat,are indispensable.The golden foods on the table make the eaters feel very happy.Despite different families having different friend foods,this cooking style is a skill that has been spread in Jinan for many generations.
