第441例——胸痛、胸闷、心肌酶升高伴全身皮疹
摘要
病历摘要患者男，45岁。因“反复胸闷、胸痛合并全身皮疹6d”来我院急诊。患者2周前无明显诱因发热1次，到当地诊所测体温达“41℃”，给予菌必治治疗后体温降至正常，但于次日出现皮疹，主要位于躯干及四肢，无水泡，无痛痒，当时在当地医院按药物过敏处理（具体用药不详）后回家，回家后自觉体温高，但未至医院测量，亦未予进一步诊治。
