窄带成像联合支气管动脉造影诊断支气管动脉-肺动脉瘘一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女,27岁,主因＂反复咯血1年半＂入院.既往体健.患者1年半前无明显诱因出现咯血,曾行胸部增强CT,未能发现咯血原因.此后间断咯血,多于感染、情绪激动、咳嗽或剧烈活动后诱发.咯血量多时有几十毫升,量少时仅为痰中带血.入院前十余天患者再次无明显诱因出现咯血,在外院行气管镜检查于右中间支气管见一怒张血管,转诊至我院.
