摘要 目的 :探讨脑微出血灶(Cerebral microhemorrhage foci,CMHF)的MRI多序列成像的影像特征与价值。方法 :对45例CMHF患者进行3.0T MRI多序列成像,将其影像学表现进行分析研究。结果:所有CMHF分为脑微出血(Cerebral microbleed,CMB)和灶性出血(Intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH):ICH 15例,急性脑挫裂伤或轴突损伤4例、高血压性或脑淀粉样血管病伴出血9例、梗塞区出血2例。CMB 30例,老年性微血管病或与多发性腔梗伴随的陈旧性出血16例,陈旧外伤史或无特别主诉及病史者14例,14例中有10例诊断为海绵状血管瘤。两类病灶表现为信号丢失,除SWI(100%)外,DWI也有较高的敏感性(>80%)。结论 :多序列3.0T MRI对急慢性CMHF提供更多的病理信息,进而对疾病做出诊断、鉴别及进展预测。
