摘要
目的探讨新生儿乳糜胸患儿的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2011年12月-2013年2月收治的4例新生儿乳糜胸患儿的病例资料,并就治疗中所采用的护理措施予以总结及交流。结果 4例患儿住院治疗7~43 d,平均25 d,3例痊愈出院,1例保守治疗效果不佳转儿外科行手术治疗。结论做好饮食管理、全胃肠外营养支持,胸腔闭式引流的观察与护理,选择正确的药物、建立长期安全的静脉输液通路,强化基础护理及预防感染是护理关键,可保障患儿安全,促进患儿康复。
Objective To investigate the car/ng method for neonatal chylothorax. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of four hospitalized patients admitted from December 2011 to February 2013. Results The treatment course lasted from 7 to 43 days, averaging 25 days. Three patients were cured and discharged from the hospital; one patient with ineffective outcome by conservative treatment was turned into surgical operation. Conclusion In order to facilitate the recovery of the neonates suffering from neonatal chylothorax, it is important for us to ensure appropriate dietary management, total parental nutrition support, observation and care of closed drainage tube of thoracic cavity, accurate medication, safe intravenous fluids access and infection control.
