摘要 剧烈的社会变革对成年女性的生活适应能力提出了严峻挑战,开展社区成年女性教育对女性自身、家庭、社会和后代都有重要意义。只有通过明确社区成年女性教育的概念,结合成年女性的身心发展特点,采取措施,充实教学内容,倡导因性施教,组建合作共同体,开展特色活动,整合周边资源,深化教育研究,扶持社区团队,加强学习认证等多管齐下,才能扎实推进我国社区成年女性教育优质化、规范化发展。 Social transformation puts forward severe challenges on adult women's ability to adapt. Thus,it's meaningful to carry out the community female education to the women themselves,family,society and the next generation. By defining the concept of community female education,we need to take diversified measures according to the characteristics of adult women,such as enriching the teaching contents,forming a community of cooperation,carrying out activities,integrating resources,deepening the theoretical research on education,supporting community organizations,strengthening learning certification,etc. In this way,we could promote community female education in our country.
