摘要
课程设置是专业人才培养中重要的环节,直接影响人才培养目标的实现和人才培养的质量。很多高校成人教育计算机类专业的课程设置完全照搬普通高等教育相关专业,忽略了成人教育的教育特点和成人学生的学习特点,没有达到培养技能型和应用型人才的培养目标。设置课程时应充分考虑学生的学习需求、学习能力、学习形式、专业特点和培养目标。
The curriculum is an important link of cultivating professional talents, which directly affects the quality of training andrealization of educational goal. Many curriculums of computer major in adult education completely copy those in regular higher educa-tion, ignore the characteristics of adult education and adult students, and fail to achieve the goal of cultivating skilled talents. The setting of curriculum should consider students' learning needs, learning ability, learning form, professional characteristics and training objectives.
