摘要
偏瘫是一种常见的脑卒中后遗症,偏瘫患者在患有肢体运动障碍的同时,常常伴有轻微的感觉、语言、认知等方面的障碍。提出一种基于惯性传感器的偏瘫患者运动恢复过程的跟踪与评价的新方法,主要应用于痉挛减轻阶段偏瘫患者的自主恢复过程的姿态跟踪及运动能力的评定。该方法融合了惯性传感器信号和偏瘫上肢恢复动作的生物力学约束,根据运动过程中前一时刻前臂和后臂的运动姿态,构建约束平面,对加速度信息进行约束。基于该方法,通过对偏瘫病人上肢的运动恢复过程的跟踪,测量人体上肢不同部位(前臂、后臂)的动作完成的完整程度。实验表明,该方法有效地降低了传感器噪声所引起的漂移,有效地提高了角度测量的准确度和稳定性。
Hemiplegia is a common cerebrovascular sequela.Hemiplegic patients,who suffer from limb movement disorder,are often accompanied by a slight dysfunction of the feeling,language and cognitive at the same time.A new method of tracking and evaluation of the hemiplegia movement recovery process is introduced based on inertial sensor,mainly used in attitude tracking and athletic ability evaluation of the whole process that hemiplegia patients realize recovery movement by themselves.The inertial sensor signal and the biomechanics constraints of hemiplegic upper limb recovery actions are combined,and constraint plane is constructed to constraint the acceleration information according to the moving attitude of forearm and postbrachium at the fore moment.With the method,the recovery process of the hemiplegia patients' upper limb movement is tracked,and the integrity of the action at different positions of the human upper limb is measured.Experimental result shows that the method is effective in reducing the sensor noise caused by the drift,and the accuracy and stability of angle measurement is effectively increased.
