摘要
目的比较微动测控系统与患者自主控制相结合的反馈控制法及经验法控制胫腓骨干骨折断端微动促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。方法选取10对外固定支架固定的胫腓骨干骨折患者,分成实验组与对照组,实验组采用微动测控系统与患者自主控制相结合的反馈方法控制患者负重行走,对照组采用医生指导患者踩踏体重计获得适宜踩踏力值的感觉后自主控制负重力度行走。对两组12周内达临床愈合的病例数及因治疗失败再次手术治疗的病例数进行比较分析。结果实验组12周内达临床愈合病例8例,占80%,无再次手术病例;对照组12周内达临床愈合病例4例,占40%,再次手术治疗病例2例,占20%。两组患者12周内达临床愈合率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),再次手术率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在促进胫腓骨干骨折早期愈合方面,微动测控系统与患者自主控制相结合的反馈法优于经验法。
Objective To explore the effect of fracture end micro-movement controlled by feedback method or empirical method on the healing of tibiofibula fractures. Methods 10 pairs of tibiofibula fracture patients with the fracture fixed by external fixation,were divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group used loading feedback method to control patient's weight-bearing walking. In the control group,patients independently controlled load strength to walk after getting the feeling of appropriate stamp on strength by stamping on the scales. The number of cases,who got clinical healing in 12 weeks and suffered surgery again because of treatment failure,were compared and analyzed. Results In experimental group,8cases got clinical healing. Among them there were 80% in 12 weeks,no cases of reoperation. In control group,there were 4 cases of clinical healing,accounted for 40% in 12 weeks,2 cases of reoperation; accounted for 20%. In 12 weeks,there were statistical differences in two groups of patients about clinical healing rate( P〈0. 05),there were no statistically significant differences about the number of cases of reoperation( P〉0. 05). Conclusion According to tibiofibula fractures' early healing,feedback method combined by micro measurement and control system and patient autonomous control is superior to empirical method.
