诱导膜技术治疗大段骨缺损的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 对于各种原因引起的大范围长骨干骨缺损的修复,目前仍然是骨科的一个难题,当前的治疗方法有[1]:a)带血管的自体骨移植技术;b)Ilizarov骨搬移技术;c)Masquelet诱导膜技术。带血管的自体骨移植技术和Ilizarov骨搬移技术是目前被广泛接受的方法[2]。带血管的自体骨移植技术需要做血管显微吻合,且容易出现受区应力性骨折及供区并发症。
