摘要
基于合肥市土地利用年度变更调查数据,分析了合肥市2004-2012年间土地利用动态变化。8a间,合肥市土地利用变化明显,其中建设用地变化最大,未利用地逐年减少,土地利用的集约化程度不断提高。但有效加大耕地保护力度,严格控制建设用地规模,仍是今后合肥市土地资源可持续利用的必然要求。
Based on the data of land use conversion,this paper analyses the dynamic change of land use of Hefei in 2004-2012.During eight years,the land use in Hefei changes obviously,construction land change is the largest,unused land decreased year by year,the intensification of land use degree continuously im-proved. Intensifying cultivated land protection,reasonably controlling scales of land use for construction,sci-entifically planning urban land utilization were regarded as the reasonable approach for the sustainable utili-zation of land.
