虚拟现实技术(VRT)是一种由计算机辅助生成的模拟系统,通过多种感知通道来模拟现实环境。文章主要探讨了VRT的理论基础,分析了虚拟现实疗法的特点,归纳总结了虚拟现实技术的治疗过程及机制;考察了其在灾后心理创伤中的应用及疗效,并对这一新的心理干预技术的优势和缺点进行了分析和评价。

Virtual reality technology is a simulation system generated by computeraiding to simulate the realistic environment through a variety of perceived channels. The article discusses the theoretical basis of VRT, describes its characteristics, summarizes its treatment process and mechanism, analyze its application and efficacy in post-disaster trauma and evaluates the development of this new psychological intervention techniques. By some specific applications, we are pleased that the virtual reality technology is safe, controllable, easily immersed, effective etc., there are also the limitations such as low-reliability, no standardization and staff quit etc. We propose to improve its reliability and validity through practice and extend to the field of natural disasters. That would be an effective intervention to post-disaster psychological crisis.
