摘要
该研究考察了我国高校教师职业韧性的结构,并编制出相应的测量工具。首先通过文献分析、访谈和开放式问卷调查,以及对已有测评工具中条目的整理,构建出高校教师职业韧性描述库,再以此为基础编制自陈式高校教师职业韧性调查问卷,对高校教师的职业韧性结构进行初步探索,得出四个维度,分别命名为职业愿景、持续学习、灵活应对和自我效能。其次采用验证性因素分析检验问卷的结构效度,结果发现各指标拟合良好。此外,实证数据也表明问卷具有良好的同质性信度和效标效度。研究结果表明高校教师职业韧性问卷具有较好的心理测量学品质,可应用于实践领域。
Objective: To explore the theoretical structural model of University Teachers' Career Resilience in the Chinese cultural background, and develop an instrument called the University Teachers' Career Resilience. Methods: Based on literature review, interviews, open structure questionnaire, prior study, and so on, items of University Teachers' Career Resilience Questionnaire were developed. Data were collected from 512 teachers who came from six universities located in the Pearl River Delta area. Item analyses, EFA and CFA were conducted to develop the questionnaire. Results: University Teachers' Career Resilience was four-dimensional structure, comprising occupational vision, learning ability, respond flexibly and selfefficacy, which explained 56.298% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that model structure was fitting. The questionnaire's Cronbach α coefficients was 0.86, and Cronbach α coefficient of each factor was 0.72 ~0.85. Conclusion: The University Teachers' Career Resilience was a reliable and valid measure in Chinese cultural, which could be used in future researches.
