吴忠市基层卫生人员培训现状及需求分析

Research on the Training Situation and Demand of Primary Health Staff in Wuzhong

目的了解吴忠市基层医务人员目前的培训现状,分析存在的问题和原因,研究他们在更好的胜任岗位工作中切实的培训需求,为开展高效率的业务培训,提高基层医务工作者业务能力和水平提供依据和参考。方法采取问卷调查方式对吴忠市利通区173名医务工作者进行现场调查,利用Excel和SPSS统计软件对调查问卷结果进行统计分析。结果基层医务人员接受培训的机会明显不足,多以本院培训为主,医院重视不够,没有主动为医生提供培训机会;提升基层医务人员综合判断病情的能力以及临床操作技能是其最主要的需求。结论吴忠市基层卫生人员现状尚不能满足需求,应尽可能地为医务人员提供培训机会,合理安排培训内容,选择有效培训方式,开拓农村县乡村三级医疗机构的培训模式和理论,以推动基层卫生事业的发展。

OBJECTIVE To understand the primary medical staff＇s present training situation of Ningxia , analyzes the problems and reasons, study their practical training demand in better qualified jobs, provide the basis and the reference of carry out efficient business training and improve the ability of primary health workers. METHODS A questionnaire on Wuzhong Litong District investiga- tion was conducted among 173 medical workers, using Excel and SPSS statistical software to analysis the survey results. RESULTS The opportunities of primary medical staff training obviously inadequate, more were given priority to hospital-based training, insuffi- cient recognition of the hospital and didn＇ t take the initiative to provide training opportunities for medical workers. Promote compre- hensive judgment condition of grassroots health workers, abilities and clinical skills were the main demand. CONCLUSION The cur- rent training of Ningxia primary health workers still can not meet the demand, more training opportunities should be provided for medical staff, meanwhile, reasonable arrangement and selection of effective training methods. Developing the training models and theories of rural county, township and village three levels of medical institutions, so as to promote the development of primary health.
