高血压社区管理对高血压患者血压控制效果观察

The Control Efficiency of Hypertension Community Management for Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨高血压社区管理对高血压患者的控制效果。方法选取242例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=121)和观察组(n=121),对照组采取常规的药物治疗和门诊随访,观察组实施社区管理模式,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组收缩压和舒张压均较对照组下降(P<0.05),且观察组达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组高血压相关知识知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遵医嘱率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压社区管理不仅可使患者血压得到控制,还可有效提高患者的自我管理意识,改善生活习惯。

OBJECTIVE To explore the control efficacy of hypertension community management for patients with hypertension. METH- ODS 242 cases of hypertension were divided into control group （n=121）and observation group （n=121）. The control group was given the common therapeutic drugs and outpatient follow-up. The observation group was given community management. The control effica- cy of hypertension were compared. RESULTS The both systolic and diastolic blood of observation group dropped significantly（P〈0.05）, the rate of reaching the standard of observation group was higher than in the control group（P〈0.05）. The awareness on hypertension risk factors of obseration group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The hypertension community man- agement not only could effectively control the blood pressure, but also could improve the life quality of patients and self-management consciousness.
