齐齐哈尔市大学生奶及奶制品摄入情况及其影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 了解齐齐哈尔市大学生奶及奶制品摄入情况及其影响因素,为进一步实施健康教育和营养干预提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样方法,从齐齐哈尔市2所全日制高校1~4年级学生中抽取400名大学生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析.结果 齐齐哈尔市奶及奶制品摄入频率≥3次/周的大学生占47.3%;奶及奶制品摄入频率与性别、城乡有关,来自城市的大学生和女大学生摄入频率较高;55.8%的大学生知道奶及奶制品可以提供丰富的营养物质,66.1%的大学生通过电视、互联网和朋友处获得奶及奶制品相关知识.结论 齐齐哈尔市高校大学生奶及奶制品摄入频率较低,缺乏奶及奶制品的相关知识,应加强健康教育和营养干预. OBJECTIVE To investigate the intake of milk and dairy products and its impact factors among college students in Qiqihar city and provide the basic evidence for the further health education and nutritional intervention. METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 students with grade 1-4, who were sampled from two full-time colleges in Qiqihar by convenience sam- piing. RESULTS The data showed that 47.3% college students drank milk and dairy products at least or more than three times a week. Frequency of milk and dairy products intake was related to gender and urbanization, with higher frequency among urban col- lege students and female college students. 55.8% of the students knew milk and dairy products could supply abundant nutrients. Near- ly two-thirds of students(66.1%) reported that they got information about milk and dairy products through television, the lnternet or friends. CONCLUSION The frequency of milk and dairy products intake was low among college students in Qigihar city. College stu- dents lacked the knowledge of milk and dairy products. It needed to strengthen health education and nutritional intervention.
