类风湿关节炎与系统性红斑狼疮重叠综合征一例
摘要
患者女,39岁,以＂四肢关节肿胀、刺痛、变形反复发作3年,加重4个月＂为主诉于2013年5月15日入院。患者3年前因着凉后出现四肢关节肿胀、刺痛,关节变形,未系统诊治。4个月前因感冒后出现双手近端指间、掌指、肘关节肿痛、刺痛,双肘不能伸直,双下肢散在细小紫红色皮疹。门诊以＂类风湿关节炎（RA）＂收入院。症见：肢节肿胀、刺痛、变形,遇寒痛增,得热痛减。双肘关节变形,活动不利。
