摘要
日前,《关于促进汽车维修业转型升级提升服务质量的指导意见》（如下简称《指导意见》）首次提出同质配件概念。＂同质配件＂概念的提出,在国内引起了轩然大波。行业内外对于未来＂同质配件＂的定位多以猜测和观望的心态等待政策实施细则的空降。殊不知,＂同质配件＂的概念在国外早有定论。在国外,汽车维修市场上与原厂件相媲美的配件,被称为＂质量相当＂配件。＂质量相当＂配件的出现,打破汽车售后市场配件垄断,对汽车维修行业转型升级做出了巨大的贡献。
In these days, in the《Guidance Suggestion about Promoting Transform-Upgrade of Auto Maintenance Industry and Improving Service Quality, for the first time, the concept of 'accessories & parts with same quality' was proposed. The proposed concept caused a great disturbance in China. For the future positioning of the concept, the industries both inside and outside of the circle were waiting for implementation of the policies in detail, much with attitude of guessing and wait-and-see. It was hardly known that the concept of 'accessories & parts with same quality' had a fine definition very early abroad.
