介绍了导向套在压装工艺中的应用以及导向套设计制作过程中的注意事项。应用导向套能够有效避免零部件压偏、压坏情况,保证了衬套、轴承等关键件的装配质量,降低了零部件的损坏率。导向套尤其适用于过盈配合、压装行程较大的零部件的装配。
The application of the guide sleeve in the press mounting and matters needed to be attention in the process of designing and producing guide sleeve were introduced. The application of the guide sleeve can effectively avoid pressure deviation and bad situation of spare parts,guarantee assembly quality of key modules such as bushing and bearing,reduce damage rate of parts and components. Guide sleeve is especially suitable for parts assembly with interference fit and larger pressing stroke.
