合肥市农村地区儿童保健服务能力情况调查分析

Analysis on the child health care service capacity of rural areas in Hefei City

目的了解合肥市农村地区儿童保健服务能力现状,为相关部门制定政策提供科学依据。方法采用自编的调查表调查合肥市农村地区儿童保健人员状况和儿童保健服务状况、儿童保健设备及儿童常用药品的配备情况。结果合肥市农村地区儿童保健人员医学学历以大专和中专为主;从事儿童保健的人员以低年限为主;职称结构以初级职称为主;近1/3儿童保健人员无正式编制。未开展口腔保健、视力保健、听力保健的机构分别占23.9%、42.3%和54.2%。未配备耳声发射仪的机构占61.3%,半数以上的机构未配备国际标准视力表灯箱及儿童图形视力表灯箱;未配备儿童保健常用药品儿童铁剂、儿童口服维生素D、口服补液盐的机构分别占77.5%、69.7%和56.3%。结论合肥市农村地区儿童保健服务机构存在服务能力不足,人员、设备、药品配备不到位等问题,影响到儿童保健服务能力,应增加人员编制、加强人员培训、配备合理设备及儿童常用药品,提高基层儿童保健服务能力。

Objective To understand the status of child health service capacity in rural areas in Hefei City and provide a scientific basis for relevant departments to make policy. Methods The status of children’s health care workers,child care service,,child health care equipment and commonly used drugs for children in rural areas of Hefei city were investigated by using the self-made questionnaire. Results The education background of child health workers in rural areas of Hefei were mainly junior college and technical secondary school,the professional qualifications were mainly primary,and nearly one third of child health workers didn’t have formal establishment. There were 23. 9%,42. 3% and 54. 2% institute hadn’t implement oral health care,vision health care or hearing health care service respectively. There were 61. 3% health service insittutes were not equipped with otoacoustic emission device,and more than 50% of institutes didn’t have international standard visual chart lightbox and children’s symbol chart lightbox for visual test. And the institutes which didn’t have children’s iron supplement,oral vitamin D or oral rehydration salt were 77. 5%,69. 7% and 56. 3% respectively. Conclusion Service capacity of child health was affected because of the insufficiency of the service capacity,personnel,equipment and drug in rural areas of Hefei City. So,increasing staffing,strengthening personnel training equipping with reasonable equipment and the drugs were necessary to improve the service capacity of child health.
