摘要
在8340发动机的基础上,建立燃烧室有限元模型,计算EGR和进气温度对重油燃烧过程中NOx排放的影响。结果表明,EGR能控制燃烧速度,显著降低NOx的排放,但会导致燃油消耗率及碳烟的增加;进气温度的降低,能降低油耗并且使NOx的排放性能得到很好的改善。通过耦合EGR与进气温度来达到控制NOx的排放。
On the basis of 8340 engine, a finite element model of the combustion chamber is buih. And the effect of injection timing and EGR on NOx emissions are calculated. Calculation resuh shows that the EGR can control the burning velocity, and reduce the NOx emission, but it will increase the specific fuel consumption and soot. The intake temperature reduction can reduce the specifie fuel consumption and make the NOx emission improved. By coupling EGR and the intake temperature, the NOx emissions are controlled.
