摘要
为了初步检验新型低速船舶柴油机伺服油共轨管的设计是否可行,采用专业的三维建模软件UG建立了共轨管的实体装配模型,并利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对相关部件的强度及共轨管端部密封性进行了分析。分析结果为产品的设计开发提供了一定的理论依据。
To preliminarily check whether the design of common rail of Iow-speed marine diesel engine's servo oil system is feasible, utilizing three-dimensional modeling software UG to build the solid assembly model of common rail, analyzing the strength of correlated parts and the sealing performance of the end of common rail with large-scale FEA software ANSYS Workbench. The results of analysis provide some theoretical basis for the product's design and development.
