摘要 主要研究了在不具备整车测试的条件下,怎样通过台架发动机稳态工况的排放值来预测轻型车整车排放。重点通过分解整车NEDC循环,计算与整车行驶工况相对应的发动机稳态运行工况点,然后按照频次统计法进行权重系数分配,进而筛选出14个稳态工况来代替整车市区15工况加市郊13工况的测试循环。通过对14个稳态工况NOx排放物的测试与计算,并与实车NEDC循环排放测试结果进行对比,对比结果表明,该模型基本满足预测轻型车排放的要求。 This paper mainly studies on how to forecast light vehicle emission without vehicle test conditions through the steady condition of engine emission values. The paper focuses on the calculation of engine steady operating points corresponding to the vehicle driving condition by decomposing the vehicle NEDC circulation, and then selects 14 steady state condition to replace the vehicle 15 urban and 13 suburb working condition with test cycle through the frequency distribution and statistical method. Comparing the test and calculation of the 14 steady state condition of NOx emissions with the real vehicle emission test result of NEDC cycle, the results show that the model can meet the basic requirement of light vehicle emission prediction.
