摘要
为了使稀薄燃烧这一汽油机节能技术导致的NOx排放量过高问题得到解决,介绍了传统燃烧方式汽油机上的三效催化转化技术、工业中的NOx的直接催化分解技术和柴油机上使用的NOx选择性催化还原技术,分析了它们在稀燃汽油机上使用时存在的问题。在此基础上,探讨了NOx的吸附还原催化技术,并根据基本催化反应机理,对吸附还原剂的活性组分、储存组分和载体进行优化改进,设计了高效净化NOx的技术方案。
In order to solve the problem that high NOx emission led by lean burn gasoline engine with high energy-saving technologies, the paper introduces the three-way catalytic converter technology on conventional combustion gasoline engine, the direct catalytic decomposition of NOx industry, selective catalytic reduction on diesel engine, analyzes their problems when used them on the lean burn gasoline. On this basis, it explores the adsorption catalytic NOx reduction technology, and according to the basic catalytic mechanism, through optimizing and improving the adsorption of the active ingredient, storage components and carriers, designs an efficient purification NOx technical solution.
