往复发动机故障诊断转速测量与相位识别系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于MC9S12XS系列单片机和Lab View软件,开发了发动机转速测量与曲轴相位识别系统,为往复发动机故障诊断提供基础的参考信号。硬件部分采用霍尔传感器采集发动机转速,并通过电压比较器和施密特反向触发器串联的方法对转速信号进行预处理,提高了系统的容错能力和在复杂环境下的抗干扰能力;上位机软件将采集到信号按照发动机工作循环进行截取,并依据转速脉冲信号进行曲轴相位识别,同时将采集到的信号与曲轴相位关联起来,便于发动机故障诊断中观察时域信号中典型振动的发生时刻。经实验验证,该系统可以精确测量曲轴转速,并使转速测量误差限制在0.5‰以内,同时可以精确获取曲轴相位信息,为发动机故障诊断提供了便利。 Developed an engine speed measurement and crankshaft phase identification system based on the MC9SI2XS series single chip microcomputer and the software of LabView. The hardware part adopts hall sensor to acquire the speed of engine, and through the method of voltage comparator cascade Schmidt reverse trigger to preprocess signal, improved the anti-interference ability of the system in complex environment. The epistasis software will intercept signal according to the engine working eycle, and based on the rotational speed pulse signal to identify the crankshaft phase. At the same time relating the collected signals to crankshaft phase, in order to facilitate observing typical vibration in the time domain signal. After experimental verification, the system can accurately measure the crankshaft speed, and made speed measurement error below 0.5‰, at the same time can accurately obtain phase information of the erankshaft, and is beneficial to engine diagnostics.
